New Everton Stadium

I'm sure I've read somehow there where plans to build a new duel carriageway?

The whole stadium project is potentially being help back by the transport links in my opinion.

They are already in the process of sorting this, just look at Great Howard Street and the bridge sceme. 32m project, from the way I read it the bridge will still be there, that once had trains running under it from the docks to Edge Hill, why not get rid of the bridge altogether? Because one day they might re open that line perhaps?

Once this is done the "North Liverpool Key Corridor Scheme" starts, which is basically towards the Super Port and coincidentally runs right past Bramley Moore.

Is this what's being linked on twitter? Only pop on sporadically but saw stuff about a new road going across an industrial estate. Any overhead maps been done?

The whole bridge is being replace, which does support your theory, but then again - the road couldn't just drop onto the floor.
