Not quite. They are worried it might put off the developers of the residential sites. Any company who are going to invest those sums will do studies to see what the positives and negative impacts will have on their investment.

They arent worried at all by the way. The residential portion of the Liverpool water scheme was largely based on Bramley Moore Dock. So with residential plans replaced by the stadium, how can their worry be the effect on residents within Liverpool Waters?

I will be banding together with most of the city & other powerful businessmen to block the move happening. I'm the Managing Director & Vice Predident of a large firm, own a Rolls Royce, & never fail. Everton will stay at Goodison Park.

This by far is the funniest one of the lot... wonder where they were when them lot were kicking people out of thier houses to build their stand... or protesting to the council about giving them money to help build the stand...

The Rolls Royce stadium has a nice ring to it

Are there any thou? or just CGI drawing? Dont forget this has been dragging on for years and no one has taken the bait, now there is a sewage works on Sandon dock you can forget residential stuff in that end of the docks.

The sewage works been there a good twenty years. Maybe Wirral waters will get the high rise kens.

No. CPO is based on the market value of land. Providing a site to a premier league football club would qualify for CPO either. It's usually for roads or other infrastructure or developments that's required for the public good or community benefit.

There is no further north on Peels Land. There is a few resi blocks, round near Princes docks but not a dedicated area like was on original masterplan.
