New Everton Stadium

Ooh I'm sure those kopites would be so envious of a similarly sized stadium to Anfield on the outskirts of Liverpool ...

Docks or nothing

Well it's no harm to have a fall back.I want the docks to happen but if it's Croxteth then so be it.The main thing is that we'll have a modern new stadium.

Thinking it could be possible to see Goodison being redeveloped if the Dock site falls through. Just can't imagine they'd settle for Stone cross, being so far out etc, when Goodison could be redeveloped, especially with the talk of the area around Stanley Park getting residential and commercial development, could tie in nicely with the whole football quarter thing.

It is one of the funniest things, but is nothing to the level once it gets approved and built. Proper chortling to myself.
The thing that makes me laugh most is that compared to the con that West Ham managed to pull off, this is nothing. A few mil to improve the road infrastructure. They're acting like it's the greatest swindle of all time.

Just shows how desperately bitter they are.

Although hilarious, some of those comments are quite worrying.

They will genuinely do anything they can, but will fail, to stop this happening.

I've read reports of potential conflicts of interest (although following a football team isn't a business..)

Writing in to the council reporting how Walton will be in poverty if we move (even though what they did around anfield is much much worse, whilst we're leaving a legacy for the local area)

The historic dock area shouldn't be used for a steel and concrete stadium (if we don't use it, it'll stay derelict for many more years to come)

A football stadium there will do wonders for local businesses, taxis, new employment from the new bars and restaurants we will create, the new transport links and of course the kickstart to continue the liverpoool waters project.

It's pretty bad they are opposing our progress despite the endless benefits just because they're jealous and have been forced to religiously believe they deserve everything and can't do anything wrong.

Obviously some Liverpool supporters are sound, but a stronger portion of them are weird and need shutting down.

It has to always be about them. And if it isn't/can't be then they reject it brutally.

They've had years of believing their own [Poor language removed] about being special and now feel privileged hitting out at any target they can bully safely. We're now a threat frankly and they can't handle it, like when the schoolyard bully gets called out.

I want the BMD world class stadium, I want us to use the Liver Bird and I want Usmanov to buy the Liver Building and move the Everton corporate offices into it. This is the threat they never thought they'd have so let's destroy their Splitter FC myth.

Up the Toffees!

It would be fantastic if we a reaffirm our position as the number 1 club in the city by securing a new stadium by the Liverpool waterfront. But the other thing that is encouraging is that we have a plan B.Of course we don't to fall back on it but the option is there if we need to use it.Croxteth wouldn't be the same as being beside the waterfront but we would still have a modern new stadium and the red shytes would still be green with envy.If plan A doesn't work out then we better make sure that plan B does.

It's right to have a Plan B but SC shouldn't be seriously considered. They will invoke the same same resistance DK got and rightly so. No point having a great stadium if the location is wrong and SC is wrong on so many levels.

Oh my word, can you imagine that! Even better would be to give the Liver Birds a nice coat of blue paint as well.

We want to build a spanking new stadium and totally regenerate a derelict part of the City. The r/s have bought areas around anfield and let them rot and decay. Why are they so upset? They were offered Stanley Park and decided to go down the big stand route with the backing of the council.
