That could be why so much of the docklands is empty, to hard to deal with? Either way I don't expect much to happen this year anyway, but on the off chance they are being silly I hope Everton put a time scale on this as we don't want to get dragged out for years like some of the other Liverpool Water stuff has

It is a worry isn't it? When you consider we now have a man (moshiri) with the finances to make it happen, an architect in place and most of all the support of LCC with the infrastructure required, it really does make you wonder what the hold up is? As you said a timescale needs to be implemented as we can't let this drag on forever.

I've always liked reading Tom Hughes analysis on this. I know in the past he's been a proponent of various types of seating to accomodate peoples differing tastes/needs. Anyway, page 37 onwards in the link talks about C values etc

How I like to imagine it is that Bill had a really bad day, the sort that Michael Douglas had in Falling Down and instead of going on a rampage he decided to stick it to Meis for his anti-Trump stance on twitter.
