Hell. LCC wont be putting up the 400m. They will be acting as guarantor to it. Hence we get cheaper finance.

I've said before, I don't know if £350m is the total cost of the entire project. Could just be one portion of the funding.

Why? Moshiri is very rich, you dont make his kind of money unless you know the best way to fund things, the way it is being done will all be for reason and im sure it will benefit Everton as much as the council, who we need on side.

Doubt it - nobody will ever take Goodison. Millwall couldn't even get much further than the stairs to try and take Gwladys Street in 1973!!

And Spurs stadium is costing more than double that, completely irrelevant as no two scenarios are the same.

Mate some people genuinely believe Moshiri has Sheikh Mansour type money.

You'd have to question the terms of the deal if default is even a remote possibility.

So the council ARE funding this? In the climate of us having a billionaire as majority shareholder, USM funding bits here and there, I find that a bit unexpected.

Arsenals was a similar deal. They actually took a far bigger risk and gambled for 10 years ahead being income based on CL qualification. The money in today's game makes the loan far more manageable (Especially if further down the line there is a naming rights deal - which you can probably guess where or who that will come from).

350m sounds about right to me. The big stand at the RS cost 100m so 350m for our new stadium sounds feasible.
