New Everton Stadium

You'd have to question the terms of the deal if default is even a remote possibility.

He figures if heard - taken in context of the increased revenue EFC should get from a new stadium and improved sponsorship - should make repayments manageable.
But any deal of this nature has an element of default risk, there's no way LCC could enter it without mitigation built in.

That's the thing. They're not technically. But angry people will read it as they are.
I'm not a finance person by any stretch of the imagination. Rest assured the LCC doesn't have a pot of £350m which they are donating to EFC.
But they can help EFC to get money if that sort
how much stadium will £350m get us?

If any of this has any element of truth, then I like it. While the RS are being funded by foreign owners who could leave at the drop of a hat, we could potentially be in mutually beneficial, long term deals with the city council and super rich Peel. Cracking set of allies to have there - and Everton's success will be in their interest.
