The old festival site would be perfect for a stadium, but the transport links might be an issue.
However, all the eggs appear to be in the WHP basket as it stands.
......why bring me into it?

WaltonHall Park is the Only site.
Council backed...Club backed...and hopefully Fan backed.
System is in place , plans drawn ,partners being brought in .
Too late to start wondering if Gillmoss or Festival gardens should be considered.

Think the difference with WHP is the "Right People" are behind this and pushing it through.Hope your right mate but remember the kings dock fiasco started in 2001, then the announcement finally came in 2003 rejecting the proposal.

With all due respect "o wise one" Kings Dock as much as we might have wanted it without the finance it was Never Happening ,Kirkby without the right permission was Never Happening.Kings Dock was happening, Kirkby was happening and the annexe was definitely happening but its delayed due to IT issues.
I would not believe a word that comes out from Everton regarding a new ground. June 2016 it will officially collapse is my guess.
