Said something similar earlier in the thread. I'd rather we didn't redevelop nor move with this lot in charge.
......problem is that Investment is said to be dependent on a ground move.

Do you honestly believe that Rangers is the only club to do what they did?
Do I even dare to ask?*prays my PM was true*
..and by saying that on an Everton thread...are you implying some guilt on the part of Everton? Or was it just a throwaway line...a bit of mischief. There can certainly be no serious intent for you to suggest impropriety at Everton in that way, you have too much common sense.
Can we keep this vaguely related to our new shiny stadium/never going to happen debate please lads?

Well, thats OK then. And you're probably right. If I had to hazard a guess, a previously massive club in Yorkshire must have a very confused recent financial history. Its another club, like Rangers, with massive potential for profit and vulnerable to takeovers which do not always seem to be in the best interests of the club, and I don't think thats something that could be said with confidence about Everton. One of the problems Bill K creates for himself is his viewpoint that he will only sell Everton to the 'right' person.I am suggesting that, in answer to the previous post, Rangers wont be the only ones who did what they did.

I read a quote from the shareholding association's meeting, which took place earlier this week, that went along the lines of...He has has 16 years to find new, substantial investment and nothing.
Such a weight of my mind when you say 'Well, thats OK then', I would hate it if you didnt approve.

... 'Bill says he is looking for investment, but what he really means is a donation'. I wonder how true this is?
