He also did the redevelopment at Old Trafford and also worked on the City of Manchester Stadium.

Think that sounds a bit better than the cheapest looking stand at Goodison.

My (uniformed) opinion would be that a lot of the back ground stuff, like money for example, are very close to being finalised now we have announced this bloke as the head of delivering it.
