Sadly I think it'll resemble that stadium, definitely sounds like alot of brickwork involved.
I wanted something shiny and modern, would look ace on the docks especially shining blue in the evening.

I know nothing of architecture or building construction but unfortunately that does not look like an iconic 400-500million stadium to me. Clearest sketch I've seen so far of the Buro Happold leak. I think the other rendering is an early Walton Hall park design. Neither are Kings Dock that's for sure. Looking at both I actually prefer the WHP design. Hopefully just conceptual and things have moved on significantly from these initial designs.
