Love these atm the club don't they
Its because this image is from about 3 years ago when we were looking at Walton Hall Park, not Bramley Mooretypical that the only person wearing a shirt they include is of a player who no longer plays for us.
It's not mate, it's legit! Hence wondering where he has it from.
If that is indeed what our new stadium looks like, it's awful not the iconic waterfront stadium that's been promised by the club (imho of course).That big 'Everton' on the leaked design is one of the tackiest things I've seen.

ah, i knew it wasn't recent, just thought it was an old mock-up of bramley moore, as i thought lukaku came after walton hall was dead in the water.
Walton Hall Park was mentioned a few times, once back during the Destination Kirkby project, as a proposed development with Sainsbury’s, then again in 2015, the first time round the club dismissed it out of hand as they were already committed to DK when the offer was made, the second time there was a bit of a fuss kicked up by local residents and it was discounted from the options, looks like it would have been nice though. Below is a link to an article from 2016 when the local residents were protesting it;

Hmm, thought it was longer ago than that, weird
Indeed, this is a legit image. Surprised it has leaked though. Somebody could be getting into trouble. I know that a lot of stuff has been getting printed and created at Shephard Robson in Manchester though, the 'local' Architects on the job, so could be a leak from there.
Dear Shareholder
This week we will be embarking on one of the most important processes that will take 140-years to complete.
This image was around before we even looked at BMD site, I thought it was an image for one of the WHP design
Look like if Sports Direct made a supercharger for a Dodge Charger
