New Everton Stadium

try to find one club anywhere in the world thats has a board that doesnt speak or do something stupid occationally.
If they mess up this WHP move that's it for me with them. I will take a few years of relative stagnation but not no progress on the stadium. I want concrete plans by this time next year. I like Bill but enough is enough.

The reason it can't be shoved under the rug is because the money is actually available with the new TV money. They don't have an excuse plus if it isn't done now we're [Poor language removed].

they know all this. screwing this up after nice buildup would ruin them.
but i certainly wont jump on the panic wagon just yet, it's BUs rental bus that.

i genuinely believe things are proceeding.

Since it is important for people to see. Plus in the context of Elstone's ridiculous assertion that Everton cannot be compared to other football clubs (which he's insulting people's intelligence with if he can't see that people with intelligence can see through that type of argument):

Spades are in the ground. Literally.

Lesser clubs haven't just been proactive they're actually ahead of us now:

West Ham:

More lesser clubs:

Liverpool

Manchester City expanding now to 60000+

They knew all this before going ahead with Project Kirkby too. I'm not panicking but rather just running out of patience.

Well its nice to be calm when you're not here seeing bricks and mortar going up of our rivals that will make it so they have clear competitive advantage over Everton.

like spurs and liverpool wouldnt have advantage against us already. cmoon.
Far more of an advantage. The difference between Spurs today and Arsenal today and then there's also West Ham.

It basically might mean playing Europa League will be as difficult as top 4. It makes winning a cup also more difficult.

Basically we would become one of those mid table teams that have nothing to play for every season. There's only one way to go when you find yourself dropping down to that position.

Exactly its all part of the slide.

Yes you can hold off one or two. But when its 6 or 8 on one the odds of despatching your enemies decreases.

And that's the point where the fans will have had enough. Unfortunately too many people who are against the board seem to also hold on to the redevelop Goodison plan which is just not practical and any half way reasonable fan knows this. We need a new stadium and that should be the priority with or without this board.

I don't care how we do it. Either way we need a 55000+ stadium within 3 years. Or its all over.

We may as well just give up competitive football.
