Thing is mush there budget was higher because of logistics, having vacant land with easy access will make it cheaper for us, we don't have to work around half a stadium...etc in a busy capital, cheap Usmanov steel, even local Labour might be cheaper

To be honest I hope ours is like Spurs, it's the fans that make them souless, the "we only sing when where winning" crowd will see to Bramley Moore being souless no matter what the design

Spurs are going to be paying that off for years to the detriment of the building a squad as we saw this summer, How long is Poch going to stand for not having money to spend while clubs around him continue to spend.

They might, it depends how the finances are structured, paying for a stadium doesn't come out of the FFP though, so if their owners want to, they can put everything they earn into the playing squad and have another way to pay for the stadium
