Massive what though ??? lolMassive?
He came when Liverpool were favourites to get the commonwealth games along with that would of come a stadium on the cheap......never happened.
Has spent over 300m in 5 transfer windows to get us into the top 4........hasn't happened.
Has slowed down the progress of the stadium as much as possible.
The Liverpool waters development is being objected every step of the way by UNESCO and English heritage.
The developers have already said it will take 50 years to complete by which time moshiri will be 113.
Work it out lad
whoa stop coming at him with your facts Doc, that's cheatingThat is wrong. At the time Moshiri took over, Durban had already been awarded the Commonwealth Games in September 2015. That city decided not to go ahead with them for political and financial reasons in February 2017 a full year after Moshiri took over at Everton in February 2016. There again, maybe you could add clairvoyance to the man's talents
Here's a quote from Wiki if you don't believe me
The city of Durban, South Africa was elected as the host for the 2022 Commonwealth Games on 2 September 2015, at a General Assembly in Auckland, New Zealand. It was reported in February 2017 however, Durban may be unable to host the games due to financial constraints.
He came when Liverpool were favourites to get the commonwealth games along with that would of come a stadium on the cheap......never happened. No he didnt. The commonwealth games was in Durban, Moshiri was already here when they pulled out. Liverpool stepped in, but Birmingham were always favourites from that point. Liverpool hadn't even expressed an Interest in the 2026 games, as they weren't required to do that until early this year, so they couldn't be favourites for that either.
Has spent over 300m in 5 transfer windows to get us into the top 4........hasn't happened. But the team has finally improved after some false starts. Hasn't put him off spending.
Has slowed down the progress of the stadium as much as possible. No he hasnt
The Liverpool waters development is being objected every step of the way by UNESCO and English heritage. No it isnt, they are of course involved in discussions, but it's not a case of constant objections, it's a working group to ensure that the best solution will be arrived at. In all honesty, even if they went to far in and tried to stop anything, they'd just bin off the WHS stuff. We'd still have UNESCO status as we have it also as a WHS for music.
The developers have already said it will take 50 years to complete by which time moshiri will be 113. They have actually said that a stadium being built would expedit a development that was originally a 20 year plan

Funny how this hasn't been reported anywhere in the rags.
Guaranteed if it was that lot the mirror, talksport, the star etc would be hoying up articles "banter as Liverpool turn famous landmark RED"
KENWRIGHT.......HARVEYEveryone was well aware before 2017 that Durban wouldn't be able to host it.
Liverpool were due to bid for the 2026 games initially, but changed it to 2022.
Article from 2016

Article is from August 2016, but obviously kenright would of been consulted well before this date as they would of needed to use goodison as part of the games.
This is when moshiri bought the club, when Liverpool were putting together a bid for the games
@havrey0123 take note of wise Steve's words. He's related to Kenwright and knows his onions.

Going forward there might be problems but I highly doubt it as money talks.
However if you think uncle uzzy isn't already highly invested in us then you're just deluded.

That makes sense to you? Because it makes less than zero sense to me.
