43k = no extra land

53k = 10 houses

61k = 20 houses

all of the above redevelop all 4 sides of the ground

So it would cost 70m for a redevelopment of Goodison that held 60K and preserved the two Leitch stands that only had to demolish 20 houses?

Old Trafford is at least 80 metres longer than Goodison Park and approximately 30 metres wider at it's widest point. Two more pictures with a 50m scale.

Anybody thinking we can build an 80,000 seater ground on the Goodison footprint is living in cloud cuckoo land.

That's the question the Board needs to answer.

Thats if they want an answer. If I liked the lifestyle that being on the EFC board brought I would tug on the fans chain every now and again and think of ways to delay. When it came down to the stadium issue I would fudge it around the edges and delay that too.

Using Google Earth the current GP is 1980 feet around the stands perimeter, OT is 2500 feet.

The entire GP site with St Lukes is 2430 feet around.
