Thanks what about the funding of that? Did he detail this or was it just stated it would come from new broadcasting revenues?

So looking at those plans. To achieve 60K we have to demolish 20 houses and we loose one of the Leitch stands anyway.
So basically we're rebuilding most of the ground. How is this possibly cheaper than building on a new site?
Together with an 'outside partner(s) such as an hotel operator who would develop the corporate'.
Which one is that or is it not written in this sheet? In one of the four plans for phase 3 that also renovates the Leitch aspects.
We haven't got on to that.80,000 seater in that area. Hahaha ffs. Get real.

Doesn't this get back to my earlier point though that none of this is possible without the financing in place, be it the Board putting real cash into the club (not debt as funding by debt will not increase the club's cashflow) and having outside partners ready to contribute?
The main thing he stresses was this the most feasible plan, if they cant even plan to do this then they havent a cat in hells of getting money (7 times the amount) for a new stadium in place from day one.
