Its already 2 years late. Elstone originally said BMD would be open 2021/22 season. Now it's projected for 2023/24. That's before PP or any objections or call-ins or finance problems.

Well when the renders come through mate next month, and then they are hoping to sort planning permission end of the year, I guess between end of July and at latest December they will have to prove that they have the funding in place/secured to get to that point.

So if you are correct and planning permission is the reason they give for the failure, then at least everyone will know before the year is out yeah.

I've asked this point before. I'm sure you don't need to prove you have the money in place to get planning permission for anything. There are plenty of examples around town of projects where work has even started and things have ground to a halt. Moreover, I think I also asked if we ever need to declare how we got the money and the answer was a sort of "not necessarily"
