New Everton Stadium

TBH I'm expecting park end levels of concourse. The bigger areas will be corporate only. No chance of walkway, ticket issues etc.
I hope to God they are a lot bigger. I used to sit in the Park End for the first years it was open. During the bad weather it was dangerous underneath the stand because the space there was not big enough for all the people in the stand. Unreal.

We know what the cub have told us: "challenging".
You choose to disbelieve the club when it suits and believe them when it suits. Just because the club hasn't said "we've got the dosh, stop worrying" doesn't mean they haven't. A lot of it might be EFC boxing clever to get the very, very best deal possible. Who knows? I don't and neither do you.

Mate the park end has the biggest and most modern concourse? Have you been in the bullpens and top balc?

It should be a fair bit bigger than the park end which compared to smaller new builds like Cardiff is still cramped.

RE being allowed onto the thoroughfares depends on where they check your tickets. As those handle a lot of footfall (& are required for emergencies) I can't see them allowing non-matchgoing supporters into them potentially adding thousands of more people. That should mean it is fair game to use them during the game if Meis has designed them well.

If you think about it, the space between the houses and the turnstiles on Gwladys St, ain't huge. I expect it to be as big if not bigger. Seems to work alright.

In fairness mate, I would rather they own up the fact that finding £500M challenging than pretend it is a doddle? How many premier clubs would honestly find that anything less than a challenge?

To also be fair, the club have changed funding models a few times and should have been a lot more professional in their communications over the issue.
