New Everton Stadium

The Kirkby project would have involved CPO's. I think its naïve to think our acquiring of the two terraces behind the Park End and an entire terrace behind the Gwladys were all obtained in correspondence with the Ladybird Book of Stadium Expansion.

They always belonged to Everton anyway , it was a unadapted road.

All three rows of terraces? Behind the Park End and the Gwladys?

I'm not massively in favour of CPO's, its one of the reasons I was against Everton's Kirkby project. I don't think there is anything wrong with offering above market value to obtain the properties though.

Rubbish
If they can justify spending £600+M all at once they can spend 4 lots of £100M spead over say 15yrs.

One of the main intentions is for the stadium to operate as a venue and generate substantial revenue outside of bi monthly football matches.
Walton is my hometown and I love it, but with the best will in the world no one looks to build a successful non football venue in a densely populated working class area which lies outside the town centre.
The RS can just make it work because Anfield is one of the worlds famous stadiums and is a draw in itself.
Goodison does not have that kudos and until we mirror their success it never will.
Goodison is a prisoner of its location.

Anfield does not have the infrastructure or capacity like that. They'll never be a 365 day arena.

BMD will be one of the most famous stadiums in the world. they will genuinly b

You have no idea that is true. It is just a guess.
WTF are you taking about? I have "no idea" whether the club has planning permission? We dont. An application hasn't been submitted yet. And the funding: last word on the subject from the club is that "it remains challenging".

Unreal.
