Agree with that..I expected to see heritage reference inside the ground to the interior of goodison park - a lot of steel, plastic and open sky inside the ground.

I would detest that, tbh.

We need to leave all that behind...and Im as big a Everton historian as you can get, btw. It's just museum junk. It's holding us back.

I love it. Never going to please everyone but it's a good mix of bringing in the feel of the docks with the brick, to the legacy of goodison and the history of Liverpool with the ship shaped roof. I wonder if that's why it's in steel to look like a ship even more.

Either way, it's fantastic.
