New Everton Stadium

That depends whether you are sceptical about what the club says its intentions are based on previous failures clouding your judgement, or whether you are on board with full faith in what the club are saying their primary goal is.

If this Stadium reveal had finances or recovery at it's heart, it would be like the Emirates...
This is designed with fans in mind, and rightfully so
, it will be our home for over a 100 years, and if money or tourist type interest dries up, an Evertonians experience of going here will still trump some other of the Big 6 teams, because of the location, and this design, IMO.

This design is future proofing for fan experience.

To me this stadium feels like the perfect reward, for a match going blue, just hope success on the pitch also comes along, but whether we can get that too is for different threads.

Wait until you see what the business model is. How much the prices (especially season ticket prices) are, what the mix of corporate to standard seating will be. None of that has been spelt out. It was a vague presentation in that respect.

Overall: it's the (recently stated) intention of the club to use the stadium as a springboard into the elite of the PL. I provided the quotes from the relevant people (Ryazantsev, DBB).

I’ve not looked at it in detail, but wonder if this has an outside space you can go into at half time?

Dunno if anyone has been to the millennium stadium but when I went in 2003 for the league cup final, the ability to go and drink a beer outside the stadium next to the river was one of the things I really liked about the place.

They have the turnstiles, then an open area, then the doors into the stadium. Feel like that would work here so wonder if it’s been incorporated.

The capacity just feels like where going 2 strps forward and 1 step back all over again. By the time its finished 6 teams will already have bigger grounds, maybe even 8 if Chelsea and Wolves press ahead with there plans, the sh!te will probably be beyond 60k by then with there Angield road plans.

Just hope that the 62k figure there quoting in regards to expansion, is actual designed extension of tiers or added tiers.. as safe standing won't go anywhere near that figure.
