With this new stadium we can points score without dragging up Heysel.

Totally agree mate. Much prefer the font used on the badge during the 00s.That was me!
I am a marketing/design guy, I hate our font, its ugly and weirdly proportioned! Nothing that cant be changed though on the stadium of course. I hate words being plastered on stuff anyway though like when we had the font on the kit under the badge.
What was the "first"?
Someone said the stadium would be another first.
Think that 1/8 was just Goat's seat.I think that is just a choice. Spurs new ground, for instance, has a section of 7500 that can be converted. They said they intend this to be 1-1 but that they could increase capacity by upto 2000 if they so chose.
Everton's designs/plans are such that they are specifically intended to increase capacity. I think I remember reading somewhere a while back that the optimum increase could be as high as 1.8-1
I defo voted for thisI just hope that the south concourse has an open area so the LGS massive can smoke weed there instead of the toilets,
just thinking of others.
First club on Mereseyside to own 3 different grounds mate.
I'm a fan of the ground don't get me wrong - just a little unsure if certain pictures are doing it justice.
Take the attached images below, from viewing it looks to be: pitch, gap, advertising board, gap, 'walkway board', gap, seats to which it seemingly wraps round a high percentage of the stadium
That does not seem close proximity to the pitch, so I can only assume i'm misinterpreting and someone could kihas bndly correct me
I'll abstain on that one.Think that 1/8 was just Goat's seat.
That was 1892 as Goodison is our third ground. If you know your history....
I believe they said this is the maximum you're allowed to be now.
Stand steepness has been regulated now. Our top balc would no longer be able to be built.
We played in Stanley Park, but it was never an official ground.
Correct, but our first official ground out the park was just out of Stanley Park, on Priory Road roughly where the petrol station is. Played there for a few years and built stands there, think our first ever FA Cup fixture was played there, then we moved to Anfield and you know the rest.
