New Everton Stadium

There's a ground floor car park Bri and then the rest has been moved to inside the West Stand. I think @MickA is under the impression it's on the top part of the external building (which he may be correct about) but I think the glass part at the top of the West stand will be some kind of corporate area/bar/restaurant
Definitely looks like it from the fly-through video. Sorry for the poor quality image but looks like a big space with tables and chairs. One aspect of the design here that seems a bit off (assuming it is a hospitality area) is the the brick parts on the facade seem to rise up past viewing height. So people in the area would only be able to see through the gaps. Would have thought it would be better to have the brick end at roof height and then have a glass barrier going around so the view is clear.

Not easy to really tell from these images though so I'm sure they'll get it right whatever.

Yes mate that was the image I'd seen which made me think it was some kind of hospitality area. Good shout about the brickwork being higher btw, typical Everton, they fix the obstructed views for us to watch the togger but lob some in when you want to take a look at the Mersey lol

Will there actually be any pubs down there, or can we just expect £5 a pint bars?

Only the Bramley Moore pub really atm, got the likes of the Invisible Wind Factory not far that will likely make the most of its position between the ground and town. A few other smaller warehouses/event spaces in the ten streets area that will likely do the same, expect alot more bars etc to open up in the ten streets area over the next few years, also whatever ends up on the other side of the stadium will utilise its position with bars & restaurants.

Thing is, they cannot try and rip the supporters off too much because, they will just have a pint in town and then jump a cab at twenty to three. I expect the prices to be reasonably competitive. Nobody will be forced to drink there, of course.

Interesting to see how they manage the roads when the stadium built, can be hectic getting a taxi to/from BMD when theres an event there now and thats only with less than 10% of the people there that would be going to a match, wouldn't surprise me if it would be quicker to walk.
