New Everton Stadium

So Everton made a £112 million loss in the last 13 months and cannot guarantee any kind of future stadium income in the near future.
That is not good finances when trying to go to banks and trying to apply for a cheap loan. Maybe Usmanov will have to put up a portion of the £3.4billion he has just earned to get a cheap loan?

To be honest H, I don’t think they’re looking to borrow. The money is all supposed to be in place and the planning department / local council seem to be aware of where that’s coming from and are very satisfied it’s all good.

I think it’s being self funded by our owners and there companies associated companies.

I have never heard of any club owner doing that before on a major stadium and if that's the case you could well now be the luckiest supporters in the whole of Europe.

I think its highly unlikely we will self fund the stadium.

That's good news for him but a shame in these hard times the rich get richer while the....

Anyway, I've never said he's lost money, I've wrote
"Will he still want to build properties in a depression." We just don't know?
If he does make obscene amounts of money out of this, perhaps he will wanna make a lovely gesture to the hard up Everton supporters who have lost their jobs and let them have a season ticket for £200 for a Season or two?
There are people making millions out of this crisis. Look at Warren Buffett. His investment company just posted profits of £50 billion. These fellas arnt rich by giving their money away. What has levy ever done for your fans. Apart from the sanitation, roads etc?

I’m sure it will come out soon enough.

We did have a very good deal provisionally agreed with Liverpool City Council to borrow at a very low rate and then pay back the loan and put some money back into the council coffers for giving us the facility. That looked a fantastic deal and seemed to be a good example as to why Mr Moshri is one of the worlds most respected and successful accountants however as soon as Mr Usmanov sold his shares at Arsenal it all seemed to change.

We pulled away from that saying we have the funding all in place but us fans have yet to hear where that’s coming from. Borrowers and banks could not beat the council rate though, they wouldn’t get close even now when interest rates are ridiculously low.

I personally think even Evertonians are very naive to what’s happening here, how lucky we are and things are about to get very exciting for us.

Levy hasn't given one single thing and nor would I expect him to but he has in the last year or so, for many people squeezed so much that the pips have finally come out.

I know nobody gives money away but people had written that he he gave away millions of pounds worth of free shares to Moshri cos they are friends. It obviously don't happen unless it's a dodgy deal or there's a money earner in it.
Someone had also wrote that in these horrible times, Usmanov had just earned another 3.4 billion pound on top of the billions he already has and some don't like it when non Evertonians question to question things?

Someone posted on here, a post from a Wolves forum. Some Wolves fan was saying he knows how we’re funding our new stadium and described it as “complex and very impressive”, but he couldn’t go into detail as he was involved in a way. Pretty sure he said he worked in a bank so that would imply there’s borrowing involved. There’s also nothing “complex” about Moshiri and Usmanov paying with their own money.

That's not true, JP Morgan and a Japanese bank are the ones who will apparently be doing the finance for it.

Yeah, and said something about how the benefits from our stadium are going to put us right up there with the best or something?
