New Everton Stadium

Has the delay got anything to do with the arrests?

Probably not because the investigation is in relation to something completely different. The planning department has been in turmoil for years, and unfortunately LCC just didn’t have the infrastructure in place for remote working.

They had to use a piece of software that your IT engineers use to remote in and fix your PC. This was rolled out across the organisation and it couldn’t cope

Well there is 1
Senior MEP Digital Engineer to work on Everton Football Club's new 52,000 seat stadium
More will come up shortly, more site based/contractor roles, but the senior MEP role will be needed to do prep work prior to site start, plus its actually at Crown House Technologies, LoRs MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) arm.

Never know. Perhaps council are making sure their backs are covered.

Dont mean in terms of anything shady, just wondering if the arrest of the council's Director of Regeneration Nick Kavanagh had slowed it down. Although Im not sure if his position had a say in planning permission.

Which part of the Council grants planning permissiom

The arrests of Joe and the others are directly linked to Nick and the Elliot group. Even though he was arrested the planning department is still operating, just not efficiently
