If Hillsbrough is the only reason then i think its time for that decision to be reviewed. There were a number of reasons people died that day and that fact that people were allowed to stand in the ground was the least of them. Would they ban police from grounds because they were at fault? No, because that would be moronic. The fences were the main hazard and they've rightly been removed.
