Interesting Farhad is funding the early stages , with an announcement on funding for the rest of build.

He's had a bit of stick lately but you cant knock the mans commitment , he just keeps stumping up the cash.

Funding will not be an issue. Repayment might be, as in its cash out of the club, (see Arsenal and Spurs), but there are big boys involved.

Don't be too sure about that.
The big clubs run European football and every new interloper divides the pot even smaller.
The idea of the ESL was to protect the earnings of the super clubs and a few wannabees.

I don't believe we will get that easy a ride on FFP and that is probably why Usmanov is staying out of the club at the moment.

And it failed. They've lost their power.

Everton will be in a great position to dominate or at least challenge once this stadium is built. Moshiri and Usmanov won't accept anything less.
