Im out of the loop. Is there any red tape still in the way with regards to it being built ? When do they start construction ? What are we waiting for at this point ?
I thought they said the dock infill would take 3 months, have I imagined that?Filling the dock at the moment, only when we have a lovely flat sandy finish do we start the build proper.

I don't know anything about construction, it's amazing to me that you can fill in a dock with sand and then drive piles into it that will support a giant structure!They did 3/4 months I believe but when has the weather played ball? By the time they put in the piles to start the above ground structure it will be there or thereabouts March anyhow.
