New Everton Stadium

The question is how much is the club worth with or without the stadium, they are not going to stop or offload on the cheap and that is of course IF they want to sell - it might just be a case of waiting it out for a year.

If they do want to get out of dodge they will want to maximise everything and if we can get a low interest loan from LCC then that's what they'll do, the cost will be minimal to them and make the club far more valuable. People who are saying it won't be built are wide of the mark imho. Perhaps worst comes to worst there will be some more value engineering on the project.
Puts tin hat on. Richard “keysey” keys was saying in the summer they were touting a sale round the Middle East asking for £500m with £500m guaranteed in loans for the stadium build but got no takers.

Box-ticking mentions of taxi ranks and a few shuttle buses is not really a transport plan. The transport strategy docs in the planning application are essentially outline non-technical documents (and are titled as such). They do reference analysis docs. Similar documents were posted for Destination Kirkby and were subsequently completely rubbished in the public inquiry....... even after multiple revisions when their analysis docs were leaked.

According to the club's documents it estimated that there are something like 5-8k Car parking spaces within a 30 minute walk of BMD(depending on day of the week). Apparently Goodison has over 10k within the same walking distance and far more traffic lanes and established bus routes serving the site from all sides, within shorter distances. It was stated during the consultation that the new stadium would need a significant modal shift to public transport but this is not well covered in those docs at all. Hence the reason why I described them as sketchy.
Atholl village down to the eldonians and those across vauxhy to Scottie are all getting double yellow lines outside the houses for use on match days.

Yeah right after all that’s spent it’s just going to get abandoned ?

Or It is that what you want ?
Well who will pay for it toffeeslam?? Money can't just magically appear.

The funding was majoritivly going to be given by usm holdings (a Russian company). If that company is sanctioned and can't provide the money then noone else will be able to. Are we just going to find some random saviour who wants to take on a club who can't buy many players because of ffp. Are stuck in the relegation zone and have a £300 million odd owed to moshiri as well as £500 million to pay for a stadium.

Unless if I'm missing something? Is this not the kind of trouble we are in?

Where did you get that information that the majority was going to come from USM holdings ?

Reading the material wasn’t the club looking to loan the majority from banks ? The USM was only a potential naming rights not to find the whole project.

Also the first £100m is funded by Morshiri himself
