New Everton Stadium

I must start to rebuild my old Subbuteo stadium. Floodlights, "electronic scoreboard" and the iconic TV tower. Maybe I can get some blue chipboard for that "Goodison" effect...
"electronic scoreboard" Well Posh

I had the one you had to do the score yourself. Mind you, I am an old git.

I haven't voiced an opinion either way Dave.

Yes, I agree that the events of the last week and today are far from preferable for our club but, I've long held the opinion that the ownership of Moshiri - with or without involvement of Usmanov - is less than desirable and has been nothing short of a disaster for the most part.
Which is why I said I get the impression you think it's a good thing.

Moshiri can go anytime he wishes. But Usmanov was the power behind the throne and his loss is a hammer blow for the club. He's irreplaceable. No one with a personal fortune of £13B is investing heavily in this club.

Oh, I was the Farhad Moshiri of the Subbuteo world. I even had transparent dugouts, two-tier stands, and "Continental" goals. And none of it was paid for by me, but by a shadowy figure in the background. My father. I too suffered from sanctions, like the loss of pocket money. It stopped me building an even bigger stadium. Well, that, and the fact that you couldn't actually flick to kick with stands on all four sides...

Think you might find that Usmanov’s personal fortune is of little use to him as he’s sanctioned.

That's not my point. My point is that some believe (you included) we can get investment that can cushion the blow of his departure from the scene.

If you look really closely you can see one fella who is walking round collecting all the shovels and sticking them in the back of his transit van.

Think I even seen him word to the passenger in the van "it's deffo off"

Shame

Usmanov isn’t and never has been the owner of this club, Moshiri is. He is the one who would sell the club if the need came

No need to get snotty mate.

I don't know what other alternatives were genuinely available to BK before he agreed the deal with Moshiri.
And I have no bona-fide idea of who will appear to take the club off Moshiri as and when he decides to sell.

As I've said many times, I am and remain confident that a suitable buyer will emerge, the big question will be the asking price... when the value of the club might actually be diminishing.

Not getting as you describe me, just standing out for the real world not blowing smoke rings.
