New Everton Stadium

Dear God I hope that relegation has no long term or lasting effects on the stadium. Moving grounds was my excuse to finally exit the stage and call it a day following the club at the match. I don't think I could ever give up going to Goodison when there's a blues match on. This new place though? Well I've hard for years about how there are loads of people desperate for season tickets. They'll be more than welcome to mine at the new ground.

I'm with you up to the point where you say you won't go to BMD when (if) its built.
I'm retaining my ST in order that I'm at the last fixture at Goodison and first at BMD. I can't see myself keeping it after that inaugural season.
That is unless we look as if we have a side that will propel us out of Division One back into the Championship.

Is there any chance we can pause development if we go down?
Think it would have to be mothballed you can’t build a £500million plus stadium in the championship , can’t actually see any external finance being arranged for a championship club so unless moshiri is digging deep it would be financial suicide to try and carry on . If we think going down is bad then see what administration brings .

People who do finance dont care what League we are in, they only care if the debt will be paid and it will be.

Bank of Bolivia to Moshiri "So what your saying Moshiri is that in the Championship, you won't have a chance of qualifying for the Champions League and challenging for title? Nah we can't borrow you the money then".

Bloody hell, we may have banks tripping over themselves to give us the money if we were challenging at the top of the championship because currently in the PL we are nothing more than a mild inconvenience to most clubs.

The obsession with this 'kin thing has lumbered us with that arsehole Moshiri.

He got a free ride here for years of incompetence that's led to us crashing out of the Premier League.

No way his antics would have been tolerated if it wasn't for the craving to get that stadium built.

And now it'll probably end up a beach and never get built.

You've never wanted it to be built from the start.

It's not happening if we go down.

We couldn't even be allowed to bask in mid-table mediocrity whilst the damn thing gets built, and enjoy seeing it develop.

No, Everton have to go and threaten oblivion via bloody relegation.

Thanks, again.

Banks need to see our revenue streams to determine whether they would deem us a risk or not to loan us the cash.

Of our revenue, 75 percent of it comes from the TV deal for being in the PL.

Were frigged if we go down. No bank will loan us based on that circumstance.
