Banks need to see our revenue streams to determine whether they would deem us a risk or not to loan us the cash.

Of our revenue, 75 percent of it comes from the TV deal for being in the PL.

Were frigged if we go down. No bank will loan us based on that circumstance.

It's the least I can do mate. Positivity is in short supply so I feel like my offer to fund the £500 stadium was the right thing to do.

I've had to borrow £10 out of it tonight so it's actually £490 with an IOU post it note.

Without an external source funding the stadium. The numbers have never added up. Any increase in match day income would have always been dwarfed by the costs of financing the project.

Yeah that’d be hilarious for a council that is already trying to find £63m. Maybe they can close more libraries and sack some social workers

The obsession with this 'kin thing has lumbered us with that arsehole Moshiri.

He got a free ride here for years of incompetence that's led to us crashing out of the Premier League.

No way his antics would have been tolerated if it wasn't for the craving to get that stadium built.

And now it'll probably end up a beach and never get built.

It may not be all doom and gloom mate. They could charge for a beach type thing in the meantime maybe...building sand castles I'd imagine would come under therapeutic treatment, helping mental well being, maybe something to look into ?

That's ridiculous. And your constant *jokes* at the expense of people who have dementia are in very poor taste. There's a thread on this forum that is of grreat use to people with mental health issues and it's a valued part of the forum.

Maybe you should think of those people before you post this type of stuff again?
