New Everton Stadium

Do you think mosh will sell us of we go down?
He will sell us anyway.
He has been an absentee landlord latterly in any case. Hence Kenwright having the latitude to initiate the recent manager search with a frankly bizarre approach to Martinez.
With the revenue stream from Usmanov permanently severed the ownership model is a bust.
I doubt Moshiri has any appetite in being de facto sole owner and is probably tired of throwing his own money down a black hole.
I think we will have new owners sooner rather than later,

Thanks for the kind words ?

If I was you mate I'd stick to doing it on a Saturday or Sunday if it's quiet and you can get that close with your drone (and you have the time of course). It really does give a brilliant insight into the building work going on and that video is completely different to anything we've seen so far.

The issue is, if Moshiri can’t fund it and sells the stadium off to a third party to get it built. The third party then own it. This third party funds it by charging us a rent to cover the cost as well as revenue from all not football related events.

If the rent goes up whilst we are in the championship why might not be able to afford it and end up with a Coventry turtle situation.
We've been relegated? :eek:

Boss vids mate, hopefully you're not going to be doing any when it's just literally tumbleweed blowing everywhere...

Worst case scenario Lou, we go down and anyone doing drone footage can film me as I replicate my 1991 Body pop Northwest champions dance right in the middle of where the stadium should have been. I've got some disco strobe lights that I got from Cash Converters and I'm not afraid to rig them up on the 4 corner towers.

I believe that with all the donations that will take place during my 6 minute routine, I can raise enough money not only to cover the stadium build, but also bribe all the championship referees to ensure our swift return to the Premier League and purchase Connor Gallagher from Chelsea with the change

Very skillful flying of that drone, incredibly done. As a new owner I had it out in open countryside yesterday, not a soul about. Lost sight of it at 150 ft high and 200 metres out and hit the Return to homelollol Takes some bottle to be able to take that much footage with such precision. Respect.
You're right it does take some bottle, every time I fly it my nerves are shot

…..1920, amazing you go down the area now and many of the towers and walls are still evident. They survived 2 World Wars and plenty of activity since. BMD stadium is state of the art but it’s helping to bring gems of the past back to life;
