….I remember the patronising clip of the Koppite standing in a desolate BMD & laughing at the prospect of Everton ever building a stadium on the site. i bet he’s not laughing now.

Be good if somebody can find/post that clip, we can regularly use it as vaulting material.

I noticed the commentator on BT on Sunday night referred to the "plans" we have for a new stadium. Like the thing isn't already the most imposing structure on the Mersey.

Haha! There's an Arsenal blog post somewhere in the internet archives (with one of the crap names they give them like ArseBlog or ArseCoverage or something) which explains in detail why we are never going to build a new stadium.
