New Everton Stadium

Merseyrail don't bother about matchdays at the moment. We've seen huge crowds at Kirkdale and only 3-car service. They should ensure all trains are 6 car for an hour after the game. Sundays are even worse and it's only a 30 minute service - if they only put on even one extra 6-car after the game it would ease the problem..
Sandhills will need a corrall system like Wembley Park but also it only has the island platform shared by North and South . However , the fact it serves two lines means there are already trains every 5 or 6 minutes into town...

Drayton park near the emirates doesn’t even open on match day as it’s deemed not big enough to cope
and Holloway rd on the tube is exit only i believe

That’s a nightmare

Takes about an hour to get on a train from Arsenal tube leaving the stadium well that’s how long it took for me at the Arsenal v Everton game.

If I walked to Highgate overground or even 7 sisters tube it would have been easier And that’s a bit of a walk.

Which means we as supporters need to make the club is aware that things need to be much better when BMD opens. It should be possible. Another point is that the new trains will be 4 car but each 4 car will hold 50% more than the current 6 car trains.

Highgate is a long way I have to say

You can reach me by railway, you can reach me by trailway
You can reach me on a sedan chair, dropped off by the chauffeur on a cloud of air
You can reach me by caravan, swim the river from the Wizza man
I don't care how you get here, just get here if you can...
