Nah, that's a different matter. That pump house is part of the environment and adds character. It's an asset.
….agree, just like the stunning Dock wall. That’s the spirit, Dave

I'm not moaning. I'm asking how much can be done to make the stadium site look even better than it's going to be.
?
My solution to the dock wall was to remove more than what will be removed.….agree, just like the stunning Dock wall. That’s the spirit, Dave
Pooh bags are the way forward. We can wing them into Analfield's landfill site on the way past and give them some of their own back...those dirty Anny Road-enders, especially.….maybe we should stop going to the toilet.

However, the nature of that wall was to keep people out. Walls are negative. The dock walls have been a bone of contention in Liverpool well before this stadium build. What I said about it was in that tradition.
In any case - and overall - me talking about walls/wind turbines/perimeter landscaping on the north side of the site is all in terms of making the best of this location...which is a fantastic one as, l've said many times before.

Here again lol
Nothing doing onsite.
Lashing down and blowing a gale. Have an early one fellas.
….you would hope it’s getting to a point where they can progress the inside work when the bad weather hits.
Put a 10 foot wooden fence on the north side showing the Everton history like the one round Goodison now and it will look better, it looks worse now cos all the pics we see are from above, ground level with some providing blocking ability, trees etc would work well
Maybe not a wooden fence with the wind but there are clever people out there who could sort it
Nobody cares about their extension Dave. You can see here how LFC will have Anfield's border with Stanley Park tree lined after their new stand is moved into place:
I dont know if there's enough room for that at our site on that northern side....or even whether it'd be appropriate (it works for Anfield because of the park setting and ours is more riverside environment) My point is that LFC will be restricted to how much of the park it can encroach on as we have been on our site.
Just knocking about ideas for the screening of the new stadium from that ghastly carbuncle next door.Nobody cares about their extension Dave.
Not on this forum anyway.
Not made of sugar are they, get them out thereView attachment 189321View attachment 189322

It just looks like industrial units from ground level. There are far worse areas around.I disagree. It's something we need to fight to get some definition from.
It's the one part of that location that is an issue.
The less we see of it the better.
Always wanted to be a GF, just never had the build, would have had them ballet dancing in the mudView attachment 189321View attachment 189322
