Any indication of whether we can formally acquire our seat from the club, when goodison closes, or are we all turning up with a screwdriver and a spanner final day?

…I hated it on occasion I went in. Views were awful unless you were capable of sitting on a metal barrier for 90mins. Full of little idiots who snatch the bobble hats off any kid who wore one.

Fortunately, I had a front row season ticket in Upper Gwladys for most of my childhood but only bad memories of the boys pen.

You're a bit younger than me, Eggs, and I never had those problems when I was in the Pen in the mid to late 1950's.

Probably been asked before in here, do you think the club will place season ticket holders in similar seat to what they're in now?
ie if your behind the goal now your first option will be behind the goal.

I would guess we may have 2-3 options with the first one in a similar seat to a position you are in now?

Don't knock the Boy's Pen if you've never been in it. Elevated view ,no obstructed views, no tall kids in front of you and 9pence to get in watching John Moore's Merseyside Millionaires. Happy days.

My dad wouldn't let me go in there, he said they would eat me alive. He was probably right!

Those values declined massively by the early 1970s

I went in the pen once and naively I was alone. I felt like I had been coated with blood and dipped into a shark pool.

Although I got out unharmed and unrobbed, I never went again.

It will be tricky.

Taking the west stand as an example, there's a very high proportion of that stand earmarked for some kind of hospitality.

They need to get the family enclosure, main stand, and top balcony in there? Can't be done.

Wondering how they will do it (seat allocation) based on length of time you've hade your're season ticket, the longer you've had it you get first refusal on any seats in any stand?
