New Everton Stadium

It's a cert the club will try and make money put of it.
The corporate tables have gone up massively , they have already been asked to garrentee there spot.
To be fair they've only been asked to make a down-payment of about 10/15% (non-refundable) with the balance due next February.

Face it, those willing to fork out between 4k and 10k for a season have no problem laying some money down. If they didn't ask for a commitment they'd already have a waiting list as every oik out there would reserve a space.

The fact that the corporate sales are being handled in the main by a contracted company gives me confidence they'll handle it properly and maximise what the club can attract.

Just drove past on the way to Costco.
I was in the car so only got a quick glimpse but looks like there is plenty of activity going on (cranes working and forklifts on the interior)

Also looked like the blue supports in the south stand have been removed, and an extra overhanging roof section attached to the north stand from the west stand.

I was driving so could not be 100% sure on those blue supports.

do you think season tickets for the new stadium will go on sale earlier, ie xmas ? it will take time for people to pick their new seats, plus a few thousand extra new ticket holders

It shouldn't be that hard would be the correct maxim, however knowing Everton and my experience with the box office it will more likely be a challenging situation.

I'm usually a positive person by nature, yet I've rarely known the box office to get things right nor have most of my friends - hence, the scepticism.

The seat view thing I know will happen, but my main bit is if and how people will be able to group themselves together who aren't actual family members.

I know I've mentioned it previously where all those around where we sit want to go to together again. Some of us have 20+ years, some have 5+ etc.

Would it be a case of us having to try and work it out ourselves (all sitting online at the same time together), or will the club facilitate it? @Yid4life, what did Spurs do?

If it can't be done or only in a limited capacity, so be it; nevertheless, it would be nice for the club to help facilitate a smooth transition for such a big moment.
It will be interesting in how they do this as like you say.
First they should ask all season ticket holders for preferences like behind the goal or side of the pitch, close to the pitch or higher up for a better view.

Once they get this information they can then offer each person option 1-2-or 3 based on length of time holding a season ticket.

if you have sat in the Gwladys street for 20 odd years and i've sat in the top balcony for 10 years i shouldn't be getting a seat in the South stand (New Gwladys) before you.

It shouldn't be a case of simply going on sale earlier; rather, in the near future 3D renders and whatnot will hopefully be released regarding views and bars,

Until they've transitioned as many people over to hospitality as possible (I've put an interest in), general sale won't be brought forward as that's the moneymaker.

The window opened in November (30th) this year, so I doubt it'll be earlier than that.

I wish they'd get a weave on with regard to the membership levels. I remember in the fan survey (around 3 years ago) they had them as Bronze/Silver/Gold. I assume Gold was the full hospitality which is already on sale.

I'd be happy to pay more to get separate bar inside the ground/concourse area.

Magnificent innit

This is my take on it. If the price isn’t extortionate, I’d pay for a separate bar or maybe a bit of better quality food while still in the South Stand.

While at the moment I’m in a routine of my usual haunts (nothing special at all), we’re going to be moving away from all the familiar places. It’ll all be different though.

I like a drink before and after the game, so paying for somewhere a bit more comfortable (seat or whatnot) would be preferable.

Looking good from the prom.
