West Ham are averaging over 62K during a season where they've been calling for the managers head. Granted that's London but it's hardly the most accessible of grounds for tourists in terms of being on the doorstep.Absolutely no chance we would fill a 65k seater straight away. The ground will be a pull but only success will bring in large numbers of tourists, and extra fans.

Tourists come to see the away side as well. Price it right and they could clear 60k several times a season. The waiting list is apparently very long and there's plenty put off the idea by the waiting list itself.
Looks like they've googled Baltic Triangle, stuck some football on the TV then splashed some blue on it. Generic as anything.Meh, maybe.
But for me the experience should always be central to any corporate/premium offering. It's what your paying a premium for - if you go to hospitality ahead of a gig, you pay more because it's the concert experience than you would in a restaurant in a city centre.
All of the images on the press release - you wouldn't know was Everton if you looked at them standalone.
I prefer Goodison's current hospitality lounges, compared to this;

I don’t even know why we are having a conversion like this at all when BMD is probably about 60% complete. It’s just an intellectual, theoretical discussion when we could discuss more pragmatic things.Are we really having a debate about whether a massive roundabout or a riverside development is preferential?
There not new options, the club has been selling these packages for months, a large chunk have already gone.
There just announcing it more openly now.
For anyone who is interested, here are the others

Would be astonished if every square foot of potential coin isnt maxed out.
Nice footage from last night

I think they've all been sold already have they not?It went to hospitality/lounges that haven't been officially released yet - figured its arl arse to steal their thunder.
That is consistent with what the steward of my local club says. 3 days.Draught Ale (cask) once vented, conditioned and tapped available for service and on line will last 3 days. However in a ground selling thousands of pints that shouldn’t be an issue once they’ve trialled and understood the normal throughput. Lagers and ciders in Kegs, pressurised with gas can last for weeks depending on the cellar environment…..
Yes it does look like a lot of empty space above the south stand concourse and under the terrace above. Maybe the space is needed for plant / services etc. Would be great though if they could utilise some of the space as an open concourse in future. Or glaze it in.That's just it, they haven't.
Look at the south stand, there is ample room to make the concourse 2 levels. While the east stand south corner does not go as high as the west stand south corner. There could have been potential for a row of boxes on top as well on both the east and west stands. Instead it's just empty space.
