Do you have a preference Esk? Seems that the new regime have opened up (and favour) options that were previously not pursued by their predecessors if the immediate collapse of WHP scheme is anything to go by.

Due to firstly lack of funding (kings dock) and secondly (planning) that blighted the second potential move. I very much doubt we will hear anything until all planning, funding and designs have been fully approved by all parties. With Moshiri at the helm I think it is just a case of when it happens rather than if it happens.
