You can call people doom mongers, when you've clearly shown everyone how the financial benefits you mention outweigh or even just balance the debts incurred. You say it with such confidence, I assume you've seen it all explained clearly on a spreadsheet or similar somewhere. If you have seen the numbers show them or provide a link. I (HONESTLY) would love to be as convinced too.
I only ask because the same financial benefits you mention failed to attract any interested financial institutions, even at £500m total costs, with a lucrative sponsorship deal and a billionaire owner prepared to stump up half the costs himself. Nevermind at an inflated £750m cost, without a sponsorship (from the multi-billionaire real owner). The financial model for the stadium never got off the ground at any point. It's had to be entirely funded by the owner...... an owner who has painted us into a financial tight corner and almost certainly now wants out. Surely the question now is who ultimately takes the financial hit? Moshiri, the club, MSP or any prospective new owner in the near future?
If you haven't seen any full financial modelling/forecast to cover your assertion, then you are only displaying blind faith, because you don't want this project tainted or sullied in any way. That, as we now see (and as we saw with Destination Kirkby) is potentially far more dangerous than any perceived negativity or doom-mongery.
