How are they going to combat the weed growth in the tree pits,not a good look all that earth will always attract weeds.

They will probably lay some weed resistance fabric and then some decorative bark when they do the finishing touches.

The mud is being covered in I think concrete. It’s actually good for the trees to grow under it as it provides consistent water and protects the roots etc.

4. The pitch won't fit
5. Next to a sewage plant
6. Might get hit by an iceberg and sink
