Pretty basic stuff very uninspiring (similar to what's over in at the docks in Birkenhead). Such a downgrade.

Yes & no. It's a waterfront the 'world famous' waterfront. To repeat what they have in the south end around Brunswick Dock with homes is pretty much a waste of prime land.

I'd rather have those than sky scraper tower blocks over shadowing our New Beautiful Stadium.

Much better it dominates that area.

It was a gull. He got his drone back and it was picked up to get repaired.

It's their nesting season, so the mothers can get very, very aggressive if you fly too close.
