That would cost money. I believe the hope is to fill it with drunk and depressed Evertonians.
Likely they would end up floating face down in a kind of star shaped pattern. The different Everton jerseys worn, with players names and numbers will give people on the western terrace something to look at pre-match, before they too join the exhibit after the 4th goal goes in against us.
