New Everton Stadium

Just reading up on Loge seating as I’m keen to see that when its fitted, and i saw Spurs now have Loge seating. I seem to recall BMD was being touted as the first stadium in the UK to have this type of offering, so its interesting that presumably Spurs have converted some of their stands or other corp to offer it too.
If i had the money, think i would take one of those over a box all day long personally.
I can't imagine reclining watching Everton.

Even when I'm watching them at home I'm not sitting comfortably.

What kind of pervert kicks back, puts the chair on massage mode and enjoys watching Everton?

Surely they don’t recline do they?
I imagined them to be like a large heated comfy armchair type thing with a bar / counter top in front for bringing food / (soft) drinks out and maybe a personal TV in each one.

With the estimated Capacity of BMD being 52,888 does anyone know if the Capacity of each stand or Tier has now been confirmed?
I know the away end will be roughly 3k and the South Stand / Blue wall is 13k (does this include the corners or only the part directly behind the goal?).

I've had a rough stab at guesstimating the capacity (rounding up to 53k) of each area based on the above info but any more concrete info would be appreciated.
Lower South 6k,
Upper South 7k
Lower East 7k,
Upper East 8k
Lower West 5k (due to larger seating, corporate and media space)
Upper West 8k
Lower North 3k + approx 6k (including away end and family stand corners)
Upper North 3k

To be honest, what I’ve seen of them does look excellent.

It’s the kind of seat I’d like to sit in if I was watching Barcelona or some huge European club I have no real emotional involvement in.

But watching Everton is too visceral for creature comforts! They’d be wasted on me.

I can see not-especially-bothered regional corporate types loving the experience, though.

Yeah, I guess i probably like the concept but would be wishing I was in the south stand when it’s going ballistic.
Head / neck rests would be great for Dycheball though.
