I think the colouration can be massively affected by the camera lenses.I know what you mean about the bricks. Particularly, the colour variation between upper and lower portions.
This bit on the East stand, in particular, has bothered me since it went up:

I am hopeful, though, that a bit of randomised weathering will help equalise it and improve the overall appearance over time.
And in fairness, it did look great in those close-up pics from a week or so ago:
Looks like that will be a really smart piece of artwork this.
Seen those blue bricks being used to clad the concrete on the benches at the turnstiles? Only a small amount but an indication that it’s a consideration I suspect. One think about the stadium that struck me this week - is it needs to be lived in, but personalised and frankly needs more Blue.
Not sure I can say I have noticed it any of the times I've been there, and I class my eyesight as very good!I think the colouration can be massively affected by the camera lenses.
Much like the crisscross design is indistinguishable on a lot of the videos & photos, but in person is more visible.
Suspect any colour variation in the bricks won’t be as jarring in real life.

I think the renders make it look ‘Everton’ without anything too permanent imho.
Lighting etc I think will make a big difference.
Was just looking at the renders again, externally in daylight, any blue is from the pendants hanging from the light posts etc.Blue seats, I mean Liverpool have red outside their stadium and for me it looks like a fire station.

Another thing which could affect the shading is they weren't fitted uniformly.I think the colouration can be massively affected by the camera lenses.

Looks that way but none of them zoomed in for a closer look much to my annoyances the lazy gets.
That's when they'll realise it doesn't fit. Can’t wait for the laying of the pitch will really set it off.
