On the renders they're painted a matt grey colour, similar to that on top of the glass box entrances on the West and East stands. The North West corner (near the extraction equipment) has also been painted like this.

The irony is that as tremendous as our stadium looks etc.
There's is pretty impressive in itself, the job they have done redeveloping it over the past 10 years has been pretty good.

Personally I think it is dreadful. They have added seats to the existing stand to the original seats are cramped, and the roo looks awful.The four stands are a mishmash when they could have built a modern stadium. Their short sighted approach will be glaring when BMD opens and the new Old Trafford

It looks rubbish. They'll soon have the worst ground of any of the 4 north west clubs in the top flight. It won't be too long before they regret not moving to a new build. That's if they don't regret it already.

Some of the seats in that Anfield Rd stand are absolutely miles away from the pitch also. Would love to see a comparison of the BMD stands steepness vs the stands at the pit. I can only ever find ones that are the original 60k renders.

I guess they will get around to it soon. Hope so. It grates on my OCD. There seems to be a lot of bits of odds and ends and tools that you can see under the cladding as well which looks messy and in need of a clean-up. All in time.

Think they’re supposed to be transferring the blue gravel from round GP to the flat roof sections.
