That's the spirit, Joey. The person who stated it would not come on rolls - a bit of both grass with artificial twine & artificial grass to strengthen the roots ..... that grass that is already germinated ihas also been sown in plugs in a massive poly tunnel to, & planted by machine - the cover has now been removed ....

Shut up Joey. The person who stated it would not come on rolls - a bit of both grass with artificial twine & artificial grass to strengthen the roots ..... that grass that is already germinated ihas also been sown in plugs in a massive poly tunnel to, & planted by machine - the cover has now been removed ....

Nope.that grass that is already germinated ihas also been sown in plugs in a massive poly tunnel
I think they’ll be permanent camera platforms. If you think about how many camera angles sky and tnt have when they cover the matches it doesn’t surprise me. Apart from the main camera angle up in the gantry, there is one directly opposite in the east stand. There are always camera positions around the corner flags. There are always permanent camera platforms behind each goal. Not forgetting the camera positions var use for offside decisions. There’ll be at least 10 permanent platforms scattered around the ground amongst the stands, and probably some temporary areas set aside. That’s a few hundred seats lost I’d say.Would be typical Everton though if they’ve forgot to accommodate space for the cameras and had to take seats out last minute. Wouldn’t be surprised.
Imagine the insane effort of growing millions of individual grass seeds, germinating them, harvesting them, loading them into a machine and have them precisely-injected right-way up into the ground.Nope.
Wrong. Again.

If they were permanent I would expect the seats would have been taken away from the area. They also had these platforms up earlier in the year and took them back down after a bit.
Could it be for surveying equipment? If you build a stadium on sand, I guess you need to make sure everything's staying roughly where it should be...Colin made a good point that they may have just been doing some filming from certain vantage points for some reason or another.
Looks quite bare in places tbh - but once established it will be fine the blanket was Horticultural white fleece to protect the young grass shoots pre plant grass plugs I did state à % of artifical grass to be involved every aspect of preparing that pitch has been carried out by machinery not sown grass the spacing of the grass plugs is exact .in positining.....hi tech stuff! That's the spirit, Joey.
You can still be right because rolls of synthetic twine = rolls of turf.
They called it 'seeding' but I'm sure you're right that they grew all of these micro bits of grass in a polytunnel before pulling each one of the countless millions up individually and re-planting them in the stadium in a neat fashion. Because that would be mechanically trivial.
To top it all off, they covered it in a germination blanket and I'm sure you must know why that was needed for already-germinated grass.
