Assuming that the 'amenity' seats are already included in the available capacity stand totals.
That now brings the the count of available Capacity to:
North Stand 8,746
East Stand 11,841
Accessibility 279
Total available Capacity to 20,866

Those faith rooms are gonna be absolutely packed at half time at the tail end of the season's games.

Gender neutral toilets - does that mean there are no toilets for women only? Surely not.

Wonder where that puts us for most wheelchair positions in a PL stadium? Looks like there's 12/13 areas to choose from which looks fantastic to me. Hopefully someone on here who maybe has a family member/friend who has accessibility issues can let us know if this is a huge improvement on what is usually on offer or if it's still not enough and we need to be able to provide more moving forward.

Apparently It’s a 30% increase on what Goodison currently has on offer. So it’s fantastic news.

I’m a bit suprised there’s only a 1:1 ratio for disabled fans and their companions (afaik). Those areas look like they could take more people / another row along the back wall and still have room to manoeuvre a wheel chair etc.
Always seemed strange that family of 3 or 4 for example, with 2 or 3 able bodied persons would have to be split up.
Nb unless I’m mistaken but would gladly be corrected!
