It will be a tough watch. I suspect most of us will be shocked how small a footprint it is on, once demolished. What's the new place? 3 times as big?I think I'll pass on the drone coverage of that one...

I don't think Strictly has affected us too much really... But harshI wonder if anyone knows where Bill Kenwright is buried? If I had my way they'd film the next series of Strictly there. Without doubt the worst thing ever to happen to EFC. And please don't give me any of that "shouldn't speak I'll of the dead, nonsense" or "the man's not here to defend himself". Some of us who understood his nefarious influence on the club, we're calling him fit to burn for a long time whilst he was still alive. You get the club you deserve, sadly.
They're having a friends and family tour of the new stadium this weekend.Hats off to Laing O’Rourke who have absolutely smashed this and met all their timelines.View attachment 284265
Had to be good with O Rourkes involved. My ancestors from the ancient kingdom of BreffniThey're having a friends and family tour of the new stadium this weekend.
Yeah. I want to see exactly none of Goodison getting torn down.I think I'll pass on the drone coverage of that one...
Don’t want to be the bearer of bad news for some, the barrel lighting won’t be changing direction. It can change colour but the focus will remain on the bottom of the barrel

Thoroughly deservedThey're having a friends and family tour of the new stadium this weekend.
Tbf, as someone had already mentioned, from a standing view, it won't lokk that bad. It does look like a hob effect, that's because mist of the vids / pics we've seem of these are from above.Very disappointing.
Are they happy themselves with the final product then?!
Like others have said, it’s the spotlight/ gas hob effect that looks terrible,.
Not too bothered about just the bottom glowing, it’s the overall look that looks naff.
Only Everton could spend £700M on a new stadium and still make it look underwhelming at night.Don’t want to be the bearer of bad news for some, the barrel lighting won’t be changing direction. It can change colour but the focus will remain on the bottom of the barrel
...which is how it'll look beamed around the globe by tv companies.Tbf, as someone had already mentioned, from a standing view, it won't lokk that bad. It does look like a hob effect, that's because mist of the vids / pics we've seem of these are from above.

Not good enough Everton. Think again. It's lighting FFS, you dont have to demolish the roof to get this right.
Is that ball bag Meis happy with this?
